We've built Dispatch Native, a powerful dispatching plugin for sales teams and field service industries including truck routing, plumbing, HVAC, solar installation, roofing, towing, and more. Our platform is already live and being used by real businesses, and we're actively developing version 2.1 for our next major update.

The Opportunity

This isn't your typical entry-level position. We're offering a unique opportunity to learn modern AI-assisted coding (also known as "Vibe Coding") while working on Dispatch Native - a live, revenue-generating product used by real businesses. Whether you're a beginner wanting to break into tech, a college student building your resume, or someone looking for hands-on experience while job hunting, this role provides:

What You'll Do

You'll work directly on Dispatch Native version 2.1, tackling real development tasks that impact businesses across multiple industries including:

Following our defined task list to completion
Updating and maintaining code files
Reorganizing project structure and file systems
Completing sections of code using AI-assisted development
Transferring code to servers and managing deployments
Conducting live testing and debugging
Creating solutions to technical challenges
Learning to leverage AI tools to accelerate development

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Live within 50 miles of Pittsburgh, PA
Own computer equipment (basic laptop minimum)
Strong commitment to following tasks through to completion
Weekend availability
Technical understanding of computer operations and file management
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Nice-to-Have Experience

While not required, experience with any of these technologies is a plus:

GitHub and version control
Vue 3
Vanilla JavaScript
PHP
MongoDB or MySQL
HTML & CSS

Work Details
